Conclave is this next weekend and the following was discussed at last Thursday’s Lodge Meeting.
We are meeting in Sam’s Club parking lot, behind the Scout Service Building, at 3:45-4:00 Friday afternoon. Please let me know if you are not able to be there at this time.
You will need your BSA Medical Form (Part A&B), tent and chair. Please plan on wearing your Red Talidandaganu’ tshirt on Saturday and if you do not have one, the Lodge will be selling them on Friday ($15-$20).
Transportation will be with the various adults attending Conclave. The trip is about 4 hours one way and is in Central Time. There is a Cracker Barrel Friday evening between 9:00-10:30. There will be a Trading Post, so you may want to bring extra spending money.
Departure on Sunday will be between 9-10 after the Chapel Service.
Individuals should bring money for lunch on the way back.
